Product Overview
Nuvoiz Communicator is the ideal unified communications client for small to large businesses. It is an enterprise-class client with a rich array of features that ensure mobility, ease-of-use, interoperability through standards compliance, and excellent voice quality using advanced technologies. These features and capabilities collectively position Nuvoiz Communicator beyond and ahead of other unified communications systems in the market.
Superior Voice Quality
Nuvoiz Communicator employs an advanced sound engine, the eSound EngineTM from OKI Electric Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan. It employs a wider bandwidth voice encoding methodology. This is combined with improved jitter buffer management and packet loss concealment techniques to deliver unparalleled voice quality.
Intuitive User Interface
Nuvoiz Communicator has an easy-to-use mobile phone style interface that is designed to be more intuitive than a typical Windows VoIP application. The UI comes initially with two basic skins with more to be available in the near future. Is easily customizable for an even more differentiated or personalized look.
SIP and XMPP Compliant
Nuvoiz Communicator is SIP and XMPP compliant, which ensures that it has the highest level of interoperability with other SIP and XMPP servers and clients. This makes it interoperable with other clients such as Google Talk.

Works in WiFi and 3G Networks
Mobility is an important requirement in unified communications. Nuvoiz Communicator enables users to be highly mobile by supporting WiFi and cellular 3G broadband wireless networks. Users can talk and instant message on the go, whether their device or laptop is connected to a local WiFi network or wide area 3G cellular network.
Optimal Peer-to-Peer Connectivity
Nuvoiz Communicator uses Nuvoiz’s patent-pending NAT and firewall traversal technology for 100% VoIP call connectivity through peer-to-peer connections as first goal, or media relay as backup. With this optimal peer-to-peer approach, call quality is assured to be very high.
Automatic Provisioning
Nuvoiz Communicator clients can be automatically provisioned so that users need not manage complex client settings. User profiles are centrally managed by administrators.
Security
Nuvoiz Communicator can automatically authenticate provisioned clients when they first connect. SIP messages between Nuvoiz Communicator and Nuvoiz VoIP Network Controller can be SSL encrypted.
